CORE COMPETENCIES

Are you interested in exploring facilitation in a more formal manner? Learning skills and understanding the professional qualities of facilitation is a focus of Phase 2. 

Phase 2 Features

This phase is based on the core competencies from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), a global professional organization that offers different levels of certification.

On-demand videos AND virtual sessions

Phase 2 offers flexibility with on-demand videos and virtual sessions to allow for a deeper exploration of the topics. Virtual sessions provide an opportunity to interact with professional facilitators and be part of a community focused on co-learning.

With Phase 2, you will meet others who are interested in facilitation and begin to develop a network of support. As this phase continues, the relationships will deepen, especially as you learn about each others interests and find synergies.
