ABOUT US
We are passionate about facilitation and seek to create a strong facilitation program that nurtures the profession and expands the needed capacity for consecrated life.
Collaborative Spirit
We believe collaboration is the only way to move forward in our world and we seek to be a witness to this way of working.
Global Mindset and Experience
We believe that cultural context is important in the training and application of facilitation. The organizations and core collaborators, as well as other faculty for this program come from varied cultures and have experience working with a broad range of cultures and regions in the world.
Dedicated to Consecrated Life
Each organization supports consecrated life. The core collaborators are themselves part of consecrated life with two as members of religious congregations and two as members of Focolare.
Decades of Experience
Among us, we have years of experience offering different types of facilitation. We also invite other facilitators to contribute, enriching the wealth of experience and sharing.
Collaborating to Serve Consecrated Life
The need to foster a new group of facilitators is clear. We each saw this need and sought collaboration as a way to respond.
Bringing together our varied expertise and abilities, we developed Facilitation for Transformation, knowing we are stronger together than alone.
Creating a community of facilitators to respond to the needs of consecrated life as well as many other applications is our greatest hope.
