ADVANCED FACILITATION
Exploring facilitation to support the many needs found in consecrated life, ministerial settings, and for faith communities is a key focus of Phase Three. Professional growth and networking as a facilitator is an important aspect of this phase.

With an in-person session, Phase Three creates the opportunity to practice, receive real-time feedback, and grow as a professional facilitator.

Network and create supportive relationships
With any type of craft, it is important to build a network of relationships to support and expand your abilities and connections. Through Phase Two and Phase Three, you will continue to connect with others and build a supportive community.
Mentorships and internships
An important part of this program is offering mentoring relationships to support your growth and to offer internship opportunities to build capacity and experience.

An important component of Phase Three is the in-person session in Rome. We gather and practice the art and science of facilitation in a supportive environment.
This is a mandatory component of Phase Three.
