REGISTRATION

PHASE ONE | FACILITATING IN THE EVERY DAY

FREE

Phase 1 is an on-demand video series with self-guided material for integration. It is available at any time and is meant to be an introductory offering that guides the participant in understanding how we are all facilitating in our lives, and focuses specifically on small meeting facilitating, such as a committee meeting in a ministry setting. Available beginning August 15, 2025. This phase is free and available to anyone at any time. Simply register to receive access instructions. However, to advance to Phase 2, Phase 1 needs to be completed by 10 November 2025.

PHASE TWO | CORE COMPETENCIES

$600 USD

Phase 2 is also an on-demand video series with self-guided material for integration AND includes monthly virtual sessions. Each month participants review videos and prepare for the virtual session.

PHASE THREE | ADVANCED FACILITATION

$2000 USD

Phase 3 begins with an in-person praxis, in Rome. Thereafter, monthly on-demand videos and virtual gatherings continue to build a learning community focused on facilitation for consecrated life. During this phase, participants will have the opportunity for mentoring and internships, as well as continuing to develop their facilitation skills and abilities within a community of support.

Registration for Phase Three will begin in June 2026

Registration and Payment Policies

Registration for Phase One is straightforward. It is free, so there is no payment policy. There is no deadline to complete this phase, unless a participant is wanting to also complete Phase Two. If so, the certificate for completing Phase One by 10 November 2025. We ask that anyone taking Phase One, even if in a group, registers individually. 

Registration for Phase Two includes a registration fee of $600 USD. Registration is dependent on the completion of Phase One (by 10 November 2025). We will have the certificate in our records to ensure compliance. After registering, you will receive an invoice for Phase Two. Payment can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or by check. An ACH transfer can be arranged if needed. If a payment plan is needed, this can also be arranged.

The refund policy for Phase Two is as follows:

  • Before December 15, 2025, $600 USD is refundable

  • by February 28, 2026, $450 USD is refundable

  • by May 31, 2026, $300 USD administration fee

  • June 1, 2026 and beyond, no refund

Registration for Phase Three includes a registration fee of $2000 USD as well as expenses for the in-person session. Registration is dependent on the completion of Phase Two. After registering, you will receive an invoice for Phase Three. Payment can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or by check. An ACH transfer can be arranged if needed. If a payment plan is needed, this can also be arranged.

The refund policy for Phase Three is as follows:

  • After the in-person session begins (by 29 November 2026), $600 USD is refundable

  • by February 28, 2026, $450 USD is refundable

  • by May 31, 2026, $300 USD administration fee

  • June 1, 2026 and beyond, no refund


The registration fee covers the week-long in-person session and the virtual sessions. Accommodation, travel and meals for the in-person session are the responsibility of the participant. In addition, participants are responsible if there are any costs associated with mentoring and/or an internship.
