FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We realize funds are limited for many and the cost of programs based in euros and US dollars are often a challenge when converted to other currencies.
We are able to offer some financial assistance and provide this guideline and policy for requesting. We need your help to ensure we are able to continue offering financial assistance.
We ask anyone seeking financial assistance to follow these steps before registering. During the registration process, there is a place to request financial assistance.
Assess
Resources
We ask that you assess what you can contribute.
Assess if there are other resources, or a combination of resources, that can assist with the cost of the phase. For example, the opportunity to combine a ministry budget and congregational support.
If you are a member of a congregation, we ask that you speak with leadership to determine financial support for the phase for which you are registering.
Determine
Contribution
After assessing the varied types of financial resources, determine the amount of funds you have available to contribute toward the cost of Phase 2 or Phase 3.
We appreciate when someone can provide a partial contribution. This helps us extend assistance to others as well.

Depending on the demand for financial assistance, we will respond to your request and inform you of potential assistance.
Financial assistance is determined based on the number of requests received from a particular region, congregation, and other demographics. We attempt to ensure the broadest diversity and reach for those receiving assistance.
